Terms of Service and End-User License Agreement

Scope of Grant

Standard License, 397 dollars: grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the purchased educational package for internal training purposes within one organization at a single physical location or single defined department. Materials carry PAVE Alliance branding and may not be edited, altered, or co-branded.

Custom-Fit License, 697 dollars: grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the co-branded, localized materials for internal training across up to three regional sites owned or operated directly by the Licensee's single organization.

White-Label or Agency License, 1,495 dollars: grants a non-exclusive, perpetual license to remove all PAVE Alliance branding, edit all source files, distribute materials across an unlimited number of internal organizational sites, or use the materials commercially to deliver paid training services to external clients.

Strict Prohibitions and Copyright Protection

Regardless of license tier, these restrictions apply to every purchase.

  • No Digital Template Resale: Licensee may not package, resell, sub-license, or freely distribute the digital source templates, PDFs, slide files, or text assets on any public marketplace, online course platform, or shared digital repository.
  • No Public File Hosting: Materials may not be uploaded to public facing websites or web pages where they can be scraped or downloaded by unauthorized third parties. Digital delivery to participants must happen through secure, password protected learning management systems or direct, private email.
  • Intellectual Property Ownership: PAVE Alliance Consulting retains full ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights for the foundational frameworks, core text, and pedagogical design of all training modules.

Custom-Fit Fulfillment and Turnaround

For the Custom-Fit tier, fulfillment depends on the Licensee providing high quality brand assets and accurate local compliance details through our intake form. The 7 to 10 business day delivery window begins only after all required materials are submitted. PAVE Alliance Consulting is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or low resolution asset submissions.

Digital Product Refund Policy

Because digital products are downloadable and instantly usable, all sales are final. PAVE Alliance Consulting does not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a digital file has been purchased, downloaded, or once customized work has begun. In an exceptional circumstance where a refund is approved by our team, a 25 percent Digital Processing and License Deactivation Fee will be deducted to cover the administrative cost of revoking the license.

By completing a purchase of any PAVE Alliance Consulting educational package, the buyer agrees to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
